- enhance the lives of adults with learning disabilities and their families
- offer advocacy & advice, giving people with learning disabilities the knowledge to have more control over their lives
- offer assistance in time of hardship to people with learning disabilities
- provide access, support and funds for respite breaks for people with learning disabilities and their carers
- provide access and facilities to enable people with learning disabilities to improve their health
